The original penthouse was a 2700 sq. ft. 1990s construction. We demolished the existing structure and all that remained was the central lift shaft structure. A cantilevered scaffolding was erected and a new 18 tonne steel frame was erected. The design included for increasing the space and utilising the roof space for an additional 2450 sq. ft. The windows, curtain walling and roof where then installed. The windows and curtain walling where procured in Bulgaria. The wall and ceiling linings were then installed, followed by all the finishes. We made all of the joinery in house.
